Description

No. 22 Richmond Road is a house built in the late 18th to early 19th century. It is constructed from coursed dressed sandstone featuring herringbone tooling and has a 20th-century concrete interlocking tile roof. The building is two storeys high and has two first-floor windows. Quoins are present on the right side, and the openings have projecting ashlar surrounds. To the left, there is a 20th-century part-glazed door, and the windows are 20th-century casements set in tall openings. The house also features shaped kneelers and ashlar copings, with brick stacks at the ends. It is included in the listing for its group value.
