Description

No. 31 Church Row is a house dating from the late 18th century to the early 19th century. It is constructed of coursed sandstone and has a concrete interlocking tile roof. The building stands two storeys high and features two bays with quoins. The central entrance has a 20th-century part-glazed door set within an ashlar surround. The windows are also 20th-century casements, framed by ashlar surrounds. The house has shaped kneelers and ashlar coping, along with brick stacks at each end.
