Description

No. 28 North Green is a house that likely dates from the late 18th century. It is constructed of coursed squared sandstone with ashlar dressings and features a pantiled roof with stone-flagged eaves. The building has two storeys and one window. There is a 20th-century aluminium and glass door on the right, set within a plain stone surround. To the left, there is a canted bay window with a projecting stone sill, late 19th-century sashes, and a corniced fascia. A late 19th-century sash window on the first floor has a thin sill and is set under voussoirs. The roof has swept eaves and a chimney at the left end. This house is included for its group value.
