House and attached outbuilding, now house. Late C18 with later extension. Coursed dressed sandstone to front and sides; rubble to rear; pantile roof; brick stacks. 2-cell, direct entry plan, later extended into outbuilding to right, 1½-storey, 2-window front. Central 4-panel door flanked by 3-light, small-pane, horizontal sliding sashes with louvred shutters. Upper floor windows are 2-light horizontal sliding sashes. All openings have thin timber lintels. Coped gable and shaped kneelers. End stacks. In gable wall to left is an 8-pane sash replacement window in moulded architrave under a long timber lintel.
