This is a linking building constructed in the 18th century or early 19th century, made of painted brick with a pantile roof that features a modern dormer. It is a single storey structure with five irregular bays. There are four stone steps leading up to a panelled door, with a sash window that has glazing bars located to the right. To the left of the door, there are three round-headed openings; two of these contain sash windows with glazing bars, while the third has a wooden door. The building has group value with Aldborough Manor and Manor Cottage and Flats.
