Farmhouse. Early C19. Brick, rendered front. Welsh slate roof with end chimneys. 2 storeys, 3 bays. Central entrance has 6-panel door with oblong fanlight in architrave. Late C19 sash windows in flush wood architraves and cills. To forecourt, dwarf wall with plain iron railings. Group value with Gardener's Cottage adjoining, Aldborough Manor and Manor Cottage and Flats opposite.
