Description
Aldborough Manor is a manor house, likely built in the early 18th century. It was heightened, extended, and refronted by R.N. Sharp in the mid-19th century. The building has three storeys and five bays, with the right bay featuring a three-storey segmental bow and curved steps. There is a Doric porch in antis with triple sash windows above, which are defined by pilasters and an entablature. To the right, there is a two-storey extension with two ground floor windows. The sash windows throughout have glazing bars and are set in stucco architraves with keys. Notably, the second-floor windows break through the former eaves cornice.
