Description

This is an 18th or early 19th century building consisting of two storeys constructed of coursed stone, now painted. It has stone-coped gable ends and a pantile roof, with two brick stacks. The front has two windows, along with one sliding sash window. The ground floor features one casement window, one three-light sliding sash window, and two plain doors, all with wooden lintels. There is also a section on the right-hand side which appears to have been used for storage, with a carriage entry and one modern window. The building forms a group with numbers 29 to 31 (inclusive), the Pickering United Reformed Church, the railings and gates within the courtyard, numbers 33 to 47 (inclusive) and numbers 49 to 52 (inclusive).
