Description

Swan Cottage is a cottage that likely dates from the mid to late 18th century. It is constructed of coursed rubble sandstone and has a pantile roof. The building is two storeys high and consists of two bays. The central entrance features a 4-panel door. On either side of the door, there are side-sliding sash windows, each with two 4-pane lights and flat arches above. The cottage has shaped kneelers and ashlar coping, along with brick stacks at the ends. It is included in the listing for its group value.
