Description

This building is a coach house, now used as a garage, located approximately 25 metres south west of East Hall. It dates from the early 19th century and was built for the Hartley family. The structure is made of rubble with a pantile roof, featuring stone slates at the eaves. It has two storeys and two bays, with quoins at the corners. The doors are leaved board doors set in segmental-arched brick surrounds, and there are casement windows on the first floor. The roof is hipped, and inside, there are strutted roof trusses. This building is included in the listing for its group value.
