Description
This is an early 19th-century house located on the east side of Park Street, Masham. The building is constructed of coursed squared stone with ashlar dressings, and has a graduated stone slate roof. It is two storeys high and has three bays. The front features a plinth and a central door consisting of six panels above a five-pane overlight, all contained within a simple stone surround. The windows have plain stone surrounds; those in the left-hand bay have four-pane sashes, the central one is blind, and those in the right-hand bay have sashes. A shaped kneeler and stone coping are visible on the left-hand side. Chimneys are located at the ends of the building. The house is included on the list for its group value.
