Description

Two houses, built in the early 19th century, stand on the east side of Park Street in Masham. They are constructed of coursed squared stone with ashlar dressings, topped by a graduated stone slate roof. The houses are two storeys high and three bays wide. The central doors are paired, with three-pane rectangular overlights set within plain stone surrounds; the left-hand door is six-panelled and the right-hand door is four-panelled. All windows are sash windows set in plain stone surrounds. Chimneys are located at each end of the building. The property is included on the list because of its contribution to the group value of the street.
