Description

A pair of early 19th century houses stand on the west side of Park Street, Masham. They are built of coursed squared stone with ashlar dressings, topped by a graduated stone slate roof. Each house is two storeys high and three bays wide, with quoins marking the corners. Each house has a central six-panel door with an overlight, set within a plain stone surround. Above the doors are blind windows. All other windows are sash windows with glazing bars, set within plain stone surrounds. A stone coping runs along the roofline. The houses are characterised by end stacks, and an additional stack rising from the ridge.
