Description

West House and West End are a pair of houses built in the early 19th century. They are constructed from squared stone with tooled dressings and feature a slate roof. The buildings are two storeys high and consist of six bays. The second and fifth bays have six-panel doors with two-pane overlights above them, while the other openings contain late 19th-century sash windows with slightly projecting sills. The houses have stepped and corniced end stacks, as well as a larger central ridge stack with conjoined shafts.
