Description

Thorpefield Farmhouse is a farmhouse built around 1820, featuring brown brick construction and a wooden eaves cornice. The building has a slate roof and gable end chimneys, standing two storeys tall with three bays. The central entrance includes a panelled door topped with a radial fanlight, set within a wooden doorcase that has reeded pilasters and a flat hood. The windows are sash style with glazing bars, and they have stucco heads and cills. At the rear, there is a round arched staircase window, also with glazing bars.
