Description

This is a K6 type telephone call box, located to the south of the Church of St. Augustine in Kirkby. It was designed by Sir Giles Gilbert Scott and was installed after 1935. The call box is made of cast iron and features glazed panels. The top panels are intact, and it has new equipment, remaining in good condition. The call box is painted red.
