2/51 Gate and gate piers with attached ha-ha approximately 5 metres from north- east corner of stable block at Norton Conyers House -

Gate, gate piers and ha-ha. Lh6e C18, Wrought iron and ashlar to gateway, coursed rubble and ashlar coping to ha-ha. Gate: approximately 1.5 metres high, composed of pointed standards with intermediate shorter standards in lower half and curved strengthening bars. Gate piers: square, approximately 2.5 metres high, rusticated with plain entablature, pyramidal caps and ball finials. Left pier and ball repaired in concrete. Ha-ha: approximately 1 metre high. Links the gate piers with the garden wall to north east of house.
