Description
This is a statue on a pedestal located on the west side of the path from Norton Conyers House to the stables. It dates from the 18th century and features a lead figure on an ashlar pedestal. The statue stands approximately 2 metres tall. The pedestal is designed with clustered columns that have capitals supporting a plinth. The figure depicts a naked youth adorned with drapery and a laurel wreath, leaning against a lyre.
