Description
The gatepiers to the stableyard southwest of Harptree Court date from the early 19th century. They are constructed from ashlar stone on dressed stone bases, which are set into a wall made of squared and coursed rubble stone, topped with dressed stone copings. The piers stand 2.5 meters high and are square in shape, featuring cyma recta cornices and ball finials.
