Formerly 2 cottages, now school house. Dated 1703 with late C18 and C20 alterations. Slobbered rubble, stone dressings, slate roof. 2 storeys, 3 bays. Central entrance has plain surround on square blocks; 4 panel door, upper 2 glazed. Datestone above inscribed H N A Remains of late C17/early C18 decorated lintel and blocked round- headed window immediately to left of entrance. Ground floor right hand C20 casement window. Remaining windows are chamfered mullioned: tall left-hand ground floor 4-light; 3 upper floor: two 3-light and right-hand 4-light with ovolo mullions; early C20 metal casements. Eaves modillions. Right-hand gable-end ridge and left- hand and right of centre ridge stacks. Wing to left is slightly recessed. 2 storeys, 3 bays. Three 2-light chamfered mullioned windows per storey that in centre of ground floor replaces former central entrance. Interior not accessible.
