Description
The gatepiers and wall west of West Lodge were built in the 1830s by George Webster for the Musgrave family. They are made of calciferous sandstone ashlar and consist of two square piers featuring alternate-rusticated blocks and shaped caps. The structure includes flanking higher ashlar walls and plain ashlar end piers. This listing is noted for its group value with West Lodge.
