Former barn, now residential. Probably C17 with later alterations. Coursed, squared rubble with quoins. Graduated slate roof. 2 storeys, 3 bays. Plank door in chamfered surround to ground floor left with 2 vent slits above; C17(?) studded plank door (originally accessed by steps, now removed) to first floor right. Plank loft door in east return. South (roadside) elevation has vent slits. This building forms a group, with Stone House, around a cobbled yard.
