BIGGINS LANE 1. 5166 Biggins Cottage and attached outbuilding SD 67 NW 4/12 12.2.62 II GV

  1. Late C18 or early C19. Two storeys. Rubble. Slate roof. Three chimneys. Three bay symmetrical composition. Quoins. Eaves cornice. Windows with plain stone surrounds, sashed with all glazing bars. Doorway with cornice on cut consoles. Six panel door. One bay extension to left with yard entrance now filled by window and door. Attached outbuilding at front left. Two storeys. Squared coursed watershot rubble. Slate roof. Quoins. Two windows, sashed to ground floor. Two small louvres on roof. Small round headed opening in gable.
