Description
This milestone, dating from the 19th century, is located to the southeast of Greena along the B6276 road. It is a single stone approximately 3 feet high with a segmental top. The edges feature a carved sans-serif inscription that is painted black against a white background, indicating distances to Brough (2 miles to the right) and Middleton (12 miles to the left).
