Description

This building is a house located to the east of Hill View, dating from the late 18th century to early 19th century. Originally a single storey, it is constructed of coursed, squared rubble with quoins on a plinth. An upper floor of similar construction was added, likely in the mid-19th century. The roof is stone-flagged and features a corniced stone chimney at the west end. The house has three bays overall, with a cross-passage door to the left and a panelled house door in a stone surround in the middle. To the right, there is a single sash window, and above, there are two more sash windows, all set in stone surrounds.
