Description

This house, located to the west of Hill View, dates from the late 18th century to early 19th century. It features an incised stucco front with rusticated quoins and a first-floor sill band, while the sides are constructed from squared, snecked rubble. The roof is covered with graduated slate and has a stone chimney at the west end. The building is symmetrical, standing two storeys high with three bays. The central entrance consists of a panelled door set within a rusticated surround, flanked by a single window on either side. Above, there are two additional windows, all of which are sash windows with glazing bars in stone surrounds.
