Description

Udford is a farmhouse dating from the late 18th century or early 19th century. It features painted rendered walls with V-jointed red sandstone quoins, topped by a graduated sandstone slate roof with painted rendered chimney stacks. The building is two storeys high and has three bays, along with a lower two-bay extension on the left and a rear lower right-angled two-bay extension. The central entrance has a 20th-century door set in a sandstone surround. The sash windows, which are set in sandstone surrounds, have glazing bars on the upper floors. The left extension includes small sash windows in painted stone surrounds, while the rear extension features sash windows in red sandstone surrounds.
