Description

Seaville Farmhouse is a farmhouse dating from the late 18th century or early 19th century. It is constructed of painted channelled ashlar with V-jointed red sandstone quoins on a painted plinth. The roof is made of graduated greenslate and features brick chimney stacks. The building has two storeys and three bays. The entrance consists of a 20th-century door set within a red sandstone eared architrave, topped by a pedimented cornice. The windows are 2-pane sashes framed in red sandstone architraves. There is a lean-to extension on the left and an adjoining barn on the right, both of which are not of special interest.
