Description
No. 30 Highgate is a shop that likely dates from the early 19th century. The building features incised stucco with rusticated quoins and has a string course between the first and second floors. It has an eaves cornice and a graduated slate roof with end chimneys. The structure is three storeys tall and consists of a single bay. The shop front is from the 20th century, while each floor above has a sash window. The first floor has an architrave with a swan-necked pediment. On the south side, there is a blind panel on the first floor, situated between a band and the string course, with scrolled supports on either side of the frame uprights and a finial on the broken swan-necked pediment.
