No. 28 Market Street is a shop that dates from the early to mid-18th century. It is built of stucco and has a tiled roof. The building stands three storeys high and features a three-window range, topped with a cornice. The shop front was updated in the late 20th century. The first-floor windows have pegged cross-casements, while the second floor includes a two-light window and a five-light window. At the rear, there is a later wing added to the structure.
