The building is constructed of brick with an interior timber frame and has a tiled roof. It stands two storeys tall with an attic and features a single-window range. The front has a 20th-century plain brick parapet and a late 20th-century shop front. On the first floor, there is a window with a sill and a rubbed brick flat arch above a 16-pane sash window, along with a 20th-century flat-roofed dormer window. Inside, the building has exposed chamfered beams, flat joists, wall framing, and a winding stair.
