Description

No. 25 Ironmarket is a shop premises that features a facade dating from around 1800, which refronts an earlier 17th-century building. The structure is made of rendered brick over a partial timber frame and has a plain tiled roof. It is three stories high and has a two-window range. The shop front is from the late 20th century, while the upper floors have sash windows. Inside, there is one cruck truss visible in the gable wall at the first floor level, along with traces of timbering in the rear wall.
