Description

The front and east return walls, railings, gate, and piers to Town Head Farmhouse are low walls made of sandstone blocks with semicircular coping, dating from around 1820. The gate and end piers are monolithic and feature inset convex moulding and paterae that resemble the doorcase of the house. The square caps of the piers have pointed finials. The cast-iron railings have pointed standards.
