Description

The forecourt walls, gates, end piers, and railings to the house and cottage opposite Ivy Cottage date from the early 19th century. They are constructed from low, coursed, squared rubble with chamfered copings. The gate and end piers are rusticated, featuring square, moulded capitals topped with pyramidal forms. The cast-iron railings have pointed standards.
