Description
The building consists of a house, cottage, and barn located opposite Ivy Cottage, dating from the mid to late 18th century. It is constructed from coursed, squared rubble with quoins. The graduated slate roof features stone coping, kneelers, and a corniced chimney at the south end, along with a brick chimney in the middle. The symmetrical two-storey, three-bay house has a central part-glazed door set in a shouldered surround, topped with a gabled canopy, and features sash windows. The cottage to the right has a part-glazed door and a single sash window on each floor to the right, with all sashes including glazing bars. The late 18th-century barn, attached to the north end, is also made of coursed, squared rubble with quoins and has a graduated slate roof. It includes a single wagon door and four byre doors on the ground floor, along with two doors above, all featuring segmental heads and impost blocks.
