Shop and flats. Mid C19. Stucco with corrugated asbestos roof. 3 storeys and 2 bays. The facade has a storey band between the ground and 1st floors, a 2nd-floor sill band, and a bracketed cornice gutter. The ground floor is rusticated and has a yard entrance at the left with segmental arch, and 2 shop windows flanking a central round-arched doorway. The windows to the upper storeys are wide and have mid C20 timber casements. The 1st-floor windows have architraves which are taller than the window openings. The 2nd-floor windows have plain reveals. The right-hand one has a central mullion. The left-hand window is lower and interrupts the sill band. Chimney on right-hand gable.
