Description

The School of Nursing, originally a house, dates from the late 18th century or early 19th century. It features painted stucco walls with an eaves course and angle pilasters, topped by a graduated greenslate roof with stucco chimney stacks. The building is two storeys high and has three bays. The entrance includes a panelled door with a radial fanlight set within a pilastered surround. Sash windows with glazing bars are present in painted stone surrounds. The left side of the building has a similar door and windows, while the rear features a round-headed staircase window.
