Painted roughcast walls under graduated greenslate roof with painted brick chimney stacks. 2 storeys, 2 bays. 8-panel top-glazed door and sash windows, one upper-floor window in chamfered C18 surround, all others in C19 painted stone surrounds. Included for G.V. with Standingstone Cottage and Eardon Cottage.
