Description
Greystones is a house dating from the early 18th century, with alterations and additions made in the 19th century. It features roughcast walls, stone dressings, a graduated slate roof, and brick and stone chimney stacks. The building is two storeys high and has two bays, along with a single bay 19th-century extension to the left. The entrance includes a four-panel door with a plain stone surround and a simple mid-19th-century porch. The sash windows, which have glazing bars, are framed by plain stone surrounds. The unaltered gable displays coping and a kneeler. The adjoining 19th-century extension to the right, known as Eden Cottage, is now a separate property and is not included in this listing.
