Shop. Early 1860s. Incised stucco with string courses. Slate roof, brick chimney stacks. 2 storeys with attic, 3 bays. Large C20 ground floor shop windows and entrance in greenslate surround. Central bay projects: first floor window in chamfered surround under console bracketed cornice on pilaster strips. Round-headed sash window above, under shaped string course. Other sash windows in chamfered surrounds; attic windows are smaller with patterned cast-iron balconies over cornice. Listed partly for G.V. with the Golf Hotel and National Westminster Bank adjoining.
