Description
This is a row of 18th-century buildings forming Nos. 46 to 50 on Kirkgate. The buildings are roughcast in appearance. No. 46 features a doorway with a cornice supported by brackets. No. 48 has chamfered dressings around its doorway and retains an original shallow bow window with small, multi-paned glazing bars, along with a wooden pilaster and cornice. The remaining windows are sash windows with 12 or 16 panes. Nos. 46 to 50, along with other properties on Kirkgate, form a group of buildings of group value.
