Description

Mint Cottage is a house dating from the late 17th century. It is constructed of coursed lias rubble and features a thatched roof. The building has a two-unit plan and stands two storeys high, with a two-window range of casements. The ground floor has small window openings, and there is a 20th-century entrance located at the rear. Brick stacks are present at the ridge and at one end of the building.
