Description

The Old Rectory Cottage is a house dating from the late 17th century. It is constructed of coursed limestone rubble and features a gabled thatch roof with a brick ridge stack. The building has a 2-unit lobby-entry plan and stands two storeys high with a three-window range. There is a 20th-century door with a thatched pentice, and the windows include 20th-century casements, except for a three-light chamfered wood-mullioned window on the top left and a two-light leaded casement on the top right. The interior has not been inspected but is likely to be of interest.
