Description
Middle Farmhouse is an early 18th-century farmhouse that was re-modelled around 1970. It is constructed of coursed chalk rubble with brick quoins and dressings, except for the 20th-century brick on the right side. The building features a gabled old-tile roof and a brick stack at the right end. It has an L-plan layout with a rear left wing and stands two storeys tall with a three-window range. The 20th-century flat brick arches are above the 20th-century door and casements. The rear wing is made of similar materials and has a gabled 20th-century tile roof, along with a two-light wood-mullioned window on the left. Inside, there are chamfered and stopped beams in the right and rear sections. The farmhouse is included for its group value.
