Description
College Farmhouse is an early 18th-century farmhouse constructed from coursed squared limestone, featuring a plain tile roof and brick end stacks with diagonal chimneys. The building has a two-unit plan and stands two storeys high with an attic, presenting a three-window range. A 20th-century glazed door with sidelights is located in a 20th-century timber porch to the left of centre. To the left of the porch is a two-light casement window, and to the right is a three-light casement window. The first floor has three-light casements, all with timber lintels. There is one gabled roof dormer. To the left, there is a two-storey 19th-century extension with a slate roof. Inside, the farmhouse features moulded stop-chamfered spine beams.
