Farmhouse. Late C18. Red brick, some flared headers. Concrete tile roof with brick ridge and end stacks. 3-storey, 5-window range. Symmetrical front. Doors to centre left and centre right, that to left 6-panelled with blocked overlight, that to right 6-panelled 2-leaved with top panels glazed. Overlight with geometrical pattern. Reeded wooden doorcase with panelled reveals. Over left doorcase 2 blind windows, over right doorcase 16-pane and 12-pane sashes. Windows are tripartite sashes with glazing bars, all unhorned, except for ground floor left French window and second floor blind window above. Rubblestone and brick plinth. Brick quoins and first floor band and nogged brick eaves. Gauged brick lintels with stone keyblocks to ground and first floors, wooden lintels to second floor. Stone sills. Ironstone to rear. Interior: staircase with stick balusters.
