Description
Stonepit Farmhouse is a mid-18th century farmhouse located on the north side of Welton Ashby Road. The building is constructed of ironstone, with pebbledash rendering below a corrugated iron roof, and features two later brick stacks at the end and ridge. It is a one-storey and attic structure with a three-window front. The ground floor has three two-light casement windows with glazing bars and wooden lintels. Two 20th-century dormer windows light the attic. A 19th-century door is also present, with a wooden lintel above. The left-hand gable has a stone-coped gable with kneelers. A wing extends to the rear of the property. The interior has not been inspected.
