Description
Greenhill Farmhouse is a mid-18th century farmhouse constructed from coursed squared ironstone, with the first floor walls pebbledashed and the left bay partly rendered. It features an artificial stone slate roof and has brick and stone stacks. The building is two storeys high with an attic and consists of five bays. The entrance, located in the second bay from the left, has a wooden lintel and a 20th-century door. There are windows on either side of the entrance, each with a wooden lintel and 2-light transomed casements. A 3-light transomed casement window is found in the right bay, while a similar window is located in the left bay on the first floor. The other first-floor windows are 2-light transomed casements, also with wooden lintels. The gable ends are coped with kneelers, and there is a large stack to the left of center and a small stack on the right gable. The interior has not been inspected.
