Description
Home Farm is a house dating from the early 18th century. It is constructed of squared and coursed ironstone rubble, topped with a tile roof and features three 20th-century brick stacks, two on the ridge and one at the end. The building has two storeys and is divided into three bays. Each storey has three 20th-century wood casement windows. The ground floor windows retain their original wood lintels, while the upper storey windows have 20th-century wood lintels. There is a small opening with one iron mullion located between the ground and first floor on the centre right. The door is a part-glazed 20th-century design, situated beneath an earlier wood lintel. The corners and door are accentuated with quoins. Inside, it is said to feature beams and an open fireplace.
