It features a plain tiled roof, with concrete tiles on the rear, brick coped and tumbled gables, and moulded wooden eaves and gable stacks. The building is two storeys high and has a three-bay front with a first-floor band. The central doorway is adorned with a moulded entablature, reeded pilaster strips, a panelled reveal, an overlight, and a partially glazed, panelled door. On either side of the doorway are single glazing bar sashes, with three glazing bar sashes above, all featuring segmental heads and flush segmental lintels.
